DivaDuck Amphibious Tours has provided a one-of-a-kind way to experience the best of West Palm Beach by land and on water since 2002! Owner and founder, Judy, was first inspired by the fun and uniqueness of a boat that's also a bus while visiting Maine. It didn't take long for her to bring the idea to sunny West Palm Beach!

As a retired opera singer, Judy brought her talent to the tours - from the company name “DIVA” to the tour guides who entertain you along the way! Judy still does some performing and recording – check out our blog – but mostly just manages the “Duck” business now.

The company keeps a large warehouse space, or “duck nest” for the amphib. A full time mechanic checks over the vessel every night and the Captains wash her down after every tour day! She is a very high maintenance Duck!

Tour Guides memorize a 14 page script for the tours as well as the music cues for the tours. Captains must be USCG Licensed Masters AND hold a CDL drivers license. All employees are mandated by the US Coast Guard to be drug free and participate in a random drug testing program. Crew drills are also performed quarterly. Our office is almost fully virtual with reservations taken 24 hours a day!

Just last year, Judy added a new adventure, The Florida Queen. Now, you can join the DivaDuck Captains as they team up with the Palm Beach Maritime Museum to bring you this combination boat and walking tour of the Lake Worth Lagoon and the Palm Beach Maritime Museum. The Florida Queen is a newly restored historic 27' Navy Whale Boat and your ride out to the island will be fully narrated with information on the surrounding wildlife by your experienced captain-guide. Once on Peanut Island, your tour through the 1930’s Coast Guard Station, JF Kennedy Bomb Shelter and Boat House will also be fully guided by museum docents.
